Context
Livestock management requires connecting animal records, events and financial activity.
My contribution
- Developed reproduction, veterinary health and feeding modules.
- Added sales, expenses, inventory and an operational metrics dashboard.
Technical decisions
- Modeled relationships in PostgreSQL to connect animals, events and records.
- Separated the Node.js/Express API from the React frontend.
Results and scope
A system bringing livestock and operational information into one interface. The project demonstrates relational data modeling, APIs and frontend development for a specific domain.
