Context
Ventify began as a custom POS for INVERSIONES MAX PERU. I later evolved it into a SaaS for independent businesses and branches.
My contribution
- Real-time inventory, cash register management, split payments, reservations, orders and reports.
- Tenant-level data isolation and role-based permissions for businesses and branches.
- Integrated Venty, an assistant that queries business data and proposes actions with user confirmation.
Technical decisions
- Distinguished sales, deposits and cash register movements to reflect business activity accurately.
- Separated account data and restricted functionality according to permissions.
- Used tools and explicit confirmation to keep users in control of AI-proposed actions.
Results and scope
Three clients run their operations on Ventify. MAX PERU and another client have recorded over PEN 5.5 million in sales through the platform (net of deposits, cancellations and refunds, as of October 2026).
